FAQ

What does RAFT stand for?

RAFT stands for Resilience for Advocates through Foundational Training.

What does that mean?

It means we train workers of sexual and domestic violence organizations to practice various scientifically-backed life management techniques, in order to better manage the pressures often associated with their line of work.

Is the program really free? If so, how is it funded?

RAFT is free from start to finish, with no surprise charges at any point in the process. We are entirely funded by private patrons—people dedicated to supporting the infrastructure of sexual and domestic violence organizations.

How can I get involved?

RAFT offers resources for everyone from sexual and domestic violence organizations and advocates to volunteers and donors. Follow the prompts in the main navigation to find the information best suited for you.
