RAFT’s Top 10 Free Resources

At the end of 2023, RAFT launched a new library of free digital resources - quick, practical tools to help advocates and organizations strengthen wellbeing, communication, and connection. The response has been incredible! Advocates everywhere have been downloading, sharing, and putting these tools into action (and so much gratitude here for that support.)


Here’s a look at the Top 10 most-loved RAFT resources... all free, easy to use, and available for you to download today.

10. Team Character Strengths Profile Worksheet 

Bring your team’s strengths into daily practice. This resource helps leaders and supervisors map out each person’s unique strengths, making it easier to assign projects, plan collaborations, and foster a culture of appreciation and balance.

9. Grounding Techniques Poster 

This 11” x 17” printable poster offers a variety of grounding techniques you can use for yourself or to guide others through moments of stress. Keep it in your office, break room, or advocacy space as a visual reminder that calm, centered presence is always within reach.
