Many sexual and domestic violence advocates completely deplete their emotional and physical well-being in the service of others. By giving to RAFT, you give advocates the tools they need to support numerous clients every day—and still have enough strength to manage their own responsibilities and relationships.

ILF is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization doing business as RAFT.
Educate: $5,000
RAFT will be able to travel anywhere in the USA to provide one RAFT workshop to a sexual and domestic violence organization.
Research: $2,500
RAFT will be able to expand our research on the effects of compassion fatigue and burnout on advocates, and the effect our curriculum has on building resilience.
Train: $500
RAFT will be able to provide one online training course for up to 15 volunteers, sending out a new wave of people who can ignite change in their communities.
